Description

Known as "cha-mweh" in Korean, this exceptional melon and its edibly soft pulp, seeds, and crisp flesh are explosively sweet and reminscent of cantaloupe with notes of cucumber. Removal of the pulp and seeds is optional, but they contain much of the honey-like sweetness. Please peel before eating.
