Description

While experimenting with year-round basil flowers, we came up with something else we fell in love with: basil bells. Available in Lime, Opal, Cinnamon, and Holy Basil varieties, we focus on the buds and bell-shaped calyxes of the blossoms rather than the petals themselves. We’ve found that these parts of the plant are not only pretty on the plate but more concentrated in their flavor and aroma.
